   • Open for new business in all ZIP codes except 79925, 79936
     • 15k square foot or less can be considered.
     • Masonry non-combustible or better construction only.
     • 30-years or newer.
2. Smith, Texas
   • Open for new business in all ZIP codes except 75701, 75702, 75703
     • Risks can only be quoted in our surplus lines company, Insurors Indemnity Select, in this county.
3. Gregg, Texas
   • Open for new business in all ZIP codes except 7560, 75604, 75605, 75662
     • Risks can only be quoted in our surplus lines company, Insurors Indemnity Select, in this county.

Limited Exceptions for Buildings 75-years and older

1. Building must have updates within the last 15-years (wiring, plumbing, roof).
2. Non-Combustible Construction and Masonry Non-Combustible Construction only.
3. Property must be in good condition, with updates evident.
4. An older building questionnaire form is required with the submission, along with documentation verifying the updates have been completed (building permits, inspection reports, receipts).
